Very disappointed!! I had it for two hours with all the added fees I never was asked for total was $70. I asked for a receipt before I left and he said no. Will email you. I had no say in the matter.

Maybe put a sign up somewhere indicating that UHaul is at that location because it was at a gas station. I was a little confused about if I was at the right place.
Marie DWant to emphasize that we picked up at canal street but drove to Jefferson Ave bc we needed a mattress cover and had the worst experience with the employee at Jefferson Ave location who refused to allow us to purchase a mattress cover. Worst experience we have ever had with U-haul which is disappointing bc we have used you guys many times before

Laura PThe process to check out the van was long and complicated. They said their system was down so I had to talk to a rep on the phone. It took over a half hour to check out. Also, I had to go back for the dolly which I had ordered. Then I didn’t use it and they told me they would refund the $7 but didn’t.
