The person running the actual truck location was excellent. the person from U-Haul, that runs the truck assignment, was awful. she felt as if she knew better than me as to what location would be best for me and put me deliberately 30 miles one way. again the person at the truck location was easy to work with and did an excellent job.

Excellent service. He checked to make sure he had an appliance dolly in stock because he was sure he had one although the system said otherwise. Very nice and polite.
