Was supposed to receive a discount as I originally reserved a 20 foot foot and was given 26 foot truck instead supposed to get the rate for a 20 foot truck and did not receive the discount. I also returned it on October 8 and it's showing on my receipt that I did not return it until 13 October. They have very limited hours and very hard to get a hold of anybody if you have any problems in which I did would not recommend Uhaul or this place in the future?

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was not the location originally for the pickup . I received a call the day before from uhaul stating my trailer is not available at that location in Plattsburgh, closet was in Vermont which I was staying overnight in Plattsburgh. It just added a lot of drive time on the whole trip
