U-haul picked my return location I did advise that I was going to return the equipment to the closest location to my new apartment, when I returned the equipment they said I had to take the truck to this location or pay a fee for not bringing it back where u-haul wanted it so 8 miles out of my way the closet one was 1.8 miles away. This is pretty crappie when I am paying for the fuel.

Michellece C.Small parking lot at a beat down quick mart. Clerk wouldn't close out contract or look at truck, miliage, and fuel at time of drop off.
