Had to wait an extra week to square up with my overcharges because this location was closed for half the month of June....I was inconvenienced to have to return to do this week later

My movers picked up and returned the truck. They were told that it wasn't the greatest truck since it was their "local" truck. The movers reported several mechanical issues with the truck but it did make it through the trip. When my movers returned the truck, Ron's added on a $25 cleaning fee. I imagine it is because I wasn't there myself. This was poor service from a Uhaul dealer and I will neither use them again nor refer anyone to them. I would advise going to the Parkersburg store where they have good customer service.

RUSSELL CQuoted $49 for rental and ended up paying almost $200 because of all your damn “fees”. Ridiculous.
LINDA NDid reservation online months in advance. Picking up the truck it was muddy inside and outside. Waited over 45 minutes to have them attempt to clean it out. Was told if they place in Florida charged us for the cleaning, to call. I have the pictures of the truck before it was attempted to be cleaned
