I had reserved a truck online to be picked up in Elizabethtown, KY, and dropped off in Lawrenceburg, KY, which was just a mile or so from me. Everything was confirmed, so I was all set. No problems. Well, the night before, I was notified by U-haul pick up was changed to Rineyville in KY. And the drop off location was also changed to Frankfort, KY. Both locations were quite a few miles more than I wanted. Your company did include the extra miles which I appreciated. The fact that it was reserved and okayed, then changed later is was I was not too happy about. Why couldn't the reserved truck be driven from Rineyville to the Elizabethtown U-haul location? And why could I not drop the truck off in Lawrenceburg as planned and approved originally? Before I booked and reserved the truck I should have been told the locations I chose were NOT available.

Scott DWhen I got there the truck was ready to go. Took about 20 minutes to process the paperwork and the owner showed me around the truck.
WADI KIt was horrible. We made a reservation and you guys didn't have any trucks so we had to go 1 hour out of town to pick up the truck. I would never recommend you guys to anybody.
