Very disappointed in the handling of this rental. Not by the location which was perfectly fine but the fact that the location was changed on me and when I contacted you about it not being in the right direction and that I was going to have to pay for the extended trip I received no Communications back at all. This cost me roughly $60 extra of which I didn't approve but had no way to make changes or Corrections if you never bothered to respond to me.

SAMANTHA HWhen someone makes a reservation MONTHS in advance and chooses a specific location have the equipment available there or somewhere close by rather then having to drive over an hour to pickup.
