Uhaul put down the wrong drop off location and cost me more money. This was a terrible rental experience. The pickup and drop off locations were great. Wish there was an alternative.

We completed an online reservation for a 6x12 trailer. We reserved the necessary 2 inch hitch also and wiring harness. When we arrived at the U-Haul Rental location, the employee told us "oh, we don't have hitches at this location." We were left to fend for ourselves at this point. This was extremely frustrating and caused us a delay in our schedule as we had to find someone who had the hitch we needed, then install the wiring harness we also had to find. Again - we had reserved the necessary equipment online and had NO warning that this location would not have the equipment. The employee was not remotely apologetic. He also did not seem to feel any sense of responsibility. I can't imagine that this doesn't happen all the time at this location.

Pre-registered, express check-in, still lots of questions to answer, which were on computer. I arrived early which caused computer to charge a second day, until return time was changed. Software should have adjusted return time, based on one day rental request and time out, not added a second day charge, that had to be manually corrected
