Very disappointing experience with U-Haul. The truck was dirty, the check engine light was on, and the air conditioning barely worked. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I rented from this location twice and was given the exact same dirty truck both times, with the same issues. I would expect U-Haul to properly clean, inspect, and maintain its equipment before renting it out to customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Very poor experience overall.

Eraelio RRental was for a pick up in Sunnyvale which was "confirmed". Never got a phone call saying I needed to go to Redwood City ( (40 mile round trip instead of 2 mile round trip) Only found out needed to go to Redwood City when I went to Sunnyvale location to pick up equipment. When picking up equipment in Redwood City, employee stated he called me. I told him I never got a call nor a voice mail. Employee told me he doesn't leave voice mails.
