I used the truck for 3 hours and only drove the truck 12 miles round trip to drop off furniture. on 2/10/2023. I looked at my receipt and was charged 40 miles and it shows I returned the truck on 2/11/2023 at 1157. I actually returned the truck on 2/10/2023. I will contact my attorney for fraud with U-Haul.

Nicole V.The drop off location didn't ready have any space outside of their fence area to drop off the truck after hours. I was also charged extra for gas despite putting in the correct amount of gas prior to drop off.
James M.Facilities should be equipped with essentials such as moving pads and dollies. Also, Uhaul rental staff should ensure that the customer has all materials purchased before departure. I paid for equipment that I didn't have upon leaving the location.
