How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery accommodating and friendly. Great guy.
CHRISTOPHER MThe right fender on the trailer was bent and hastily bolted on leaving little clearance for the wheel. The whole transaction was done over the phone and with little assistance. I was expected to know which trailer in the lot was mine, to find it and hook it up with only the late assistance of the detailer next door. I expect a little more service than this or else reduce the price and call it self service.
Arden PThe mobile app is somewhat user friendly. However, a slight inconvenience was picking up and dropping off my rental in the evening, the photos needed to be taken several times. Before the app would accept them. Overall self check was very much appreciated.
Patricia RNothing i can say. Everything went smoothly
