Peggy BNo complaints about the location. However, the toy hauler trailer did not come with any tie-downs, just 2 chains front and back. And no other U-Haul location in Provo had any. How ridiculous. I've never rented an automobile transporter that didn't come with tie-downs. I had to go buy some, which added to my cost of transporting the vehicle. Plus the only ones I could find were somewhat flimsy and "iffy" as to whether they would hold the vehicle. This was unacceptable and not customer-service oriented. Why doesn't U-Haul provide tie-downs?
