Service was great. Had trouble with the app for a self checkout so the clerk was very helpful. Location was a bit sketchy. Again, I was surprised by the upcharge for mileage.

The U-Haul app is terrible. It kept freezing and crashing. It delayed my pickup and drop/off by about an hour. Awful experience. You really should do better.
Allison CI was scheduled to pick up a van at a different location and was not notified of a change of location. At the other location, the equipment I ordered was not available and that equipment (dolly and blankets) was critical for what I needed to do (to not have to carry a heavy piece of equipment for a long distance and transport a large furniture piece without scratching it). So I was not able to pick up the van until about 45 minutes after I was set to and what I ordered was not available causing me to put strain on my body, damaged the furniture I was picking up due to scratches from not having blankets, and be late in picking up the furniture that I required the van for transport.
Kelly HI arrived to a rude employee who walked away when I asked questions. There was a check engine light on which he didnt care about when i told him and he told me to drive it anyways. The U-Haul was absolutely filthy in the cab there was mud everywhere sticky stuff on the wheel and cupholders and trash on the floor. The floor in the back was covered in dirt and garbage and there were dents on the vehicle that the pictures did not show, so I made disputes. When I went to return the vehicle the person behind the counter got mad at me and said that I should not have made disputes because he doesn't know what to do. He said I can't return the vehicle because there are disputes. I also want to point out I rented a vehicle for a full 24 hours and brought it back within five or six hours and when I returned it there were two men waiting for a 10-ft truck that they had rented. There was no other 10-ft truck on the property. If I didn't come back to return it early they would not have had a truck. Also, because The dispute issue occurred he wasn't able to finalize the return before i left and he gave the keys to the other people who were waiting and they took the U-Haul. Which was still rented in my account. I would say the best way to improve this experience for the next customer would be to tell them to go to a different U-Haul.
