DO NOT rent from this location. They tried to say I left the truck on empty when at dispatch it was nearly empty. I went a minimum of 5 miles, max of 10 and they charged me for 280 some miles which resulted in a $626 charge. These guys are thieves!

Much smoother than my last rental.
George CMake sure the truck doesn't leak when it rains and have the rental equipment reserved (furniture dollies and pads) actually available at the reserved location or don't offer it if you don't actually have them available. Not having this equipment available not only cost me extra time on the job I needed to get done but also caused my husband to get hurt.
Brittany WDropped off truck and told the attendant where I had parked the truck. No paperwork at all was provided nor truck inspection. I left the truck with over 1/2 tank of fuel as I spent over $87 filling the truck with fuel before loading the truck for my move. Upon exiting the facility, the attendant had a customer chase and track me down outside the facility and told me the attendant wanted to see me again. I returned inside whereupon he requested I move the truck to the other side of the building. I complied and returned the truck key a second time. The attendant said nothing. I then left the facility.
