How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have used U-Haul for years and will continue to do so, but the truck I got was hardly drivable. I have used the 26 foot trucks before and use my own trailers dailey, so am well aware of how to handle large vehicles. The alignment was so bad on the truck that during the 29 hour drive, the truck shoock violently. The shaking was so bad that I called support, and even the workers at the location where I picked up the load share trailer were sceptical aboput the truck making it all the way to me destination. For context, I own and run an aerobatic flight school and have been a pilot for nearly 15 years. This truck was almost uncontrollable. Even when empty, it shook just as bad. This truck should never have been allowed to go on such a long trip, if even drive at all.
John TMy experience was great! It was a short ( few hour) van rental on a weekday during business hours. All of the processes were smooth, the guy who helped me was super friendly, all charges were as advertised. I would definitely rent here again and recommend based on my experience
