How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe had to call the posted number and ring the doorbell for service multiple times because the app gave me the wrong mailbox for the key pick up.
ASHLEY MI should have listened to the previous 20 one star reviews. Regret coming here. Took almost 2 hours to retrieve the car. No is at the location. Online pickup is a mess. They charged me extra fees which I am disputing now. Do not book here.
DANIEL LThis location is the worst. Never go here. It is an automated only system that works poorly. I was also, missing a hand truck that I ordered and paid for and the start millage was also incorrect what a mess really
JOSEPH LIt took over an hour to log on to the U-Haul website and retrieve the key for the rental truck. I was still charged for the full day. I spent an hour in the phone with customer support before someone was able to resolve the issue and release the truck.
