Overall, the rental experience was very good. There were three issues: 1) though we reserved 6 moving blankets, it appears that this location does not rent moving blankets; 2) the trailer first assigned to us had a flat tire, with a visible nail / bolt in the tire. Fortunately, there was another trailer available; and 3) The second trailer was in fine operating condition but had not been cleaned. Fortunately, it was only dirt and sand that was easily swept out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter the location unhooked the trailer for me and I was driving out of the gate, I literally said to myself. "I love this place". I honestly don't see how their customer service could be any better.
