The truck was very squirly on the road, very loose steering and transmission was making a weird noise and didn't want to shift.

Marian L.The truck I reserved was waiting for me and everything went well. The employee at check-in was very polite and knowledgeable. I did mention to the employee when returning the truck that it was stuck in tow mode and they were aware of it and said the problem does have a work order in for the repair.
ED W.Make after hours returns more simple. The site was a little frustrating and we could not complete the necessary steps without getting kicked off the site. I will have to call in the morning and hope they don't charge me the $20 convenience fee.
