Zachary C.The truck I rented 26 foot box, I was advised by the USA call centre would get 10 miles per gallon, we drove very very carefully to conserve fuel and we only got 5 miles per gallon. I asked for a partial refund and the USA call centreadvised this was up to the local dealer which is nonsense UHAUL owns and maintains the vehicles..I would really think twice before renting from uhaul as they have NO service, they defer to the local location which in this case has nothing to do with the problem. VERY VERY POOR ownership model that UHAUL refuses to own their problems.
