My first mobile pickup reservation was a disaster. Lockbox code didn’t work. Had to call support to get rescheduled at a different location. Was put on hold, call dropped randomly and had to start over. Finally got rescheduled at a different location and when I got there, the gentlemen didn’t have the keys to the truck on hand. He had to go home and get them. So, all in all it took me 2 hours to even get my truck keys.

Anthony SWhen I called this location. The guy answered like it was his house. I had to ask for whom I was talking to, ie: manager/owner! He stated after asking whom, he responded very distant, not a business perspective person that he was the owner. With all that said, this was approximately 3pm, stating that I have gotten my receipt to complete my rental. He stated that he FORGOT, HAHA! I thought I was talking to a @:$ jehdjiw oh Bhakti!!!!!!!!!!!!
