1.You guys needs to put the correct gas mileage on the paper because mines was definitely incorrect. 2. The truck I had once I turned on the Ac I smelled so much gasoline (gross) 3. As soon as I arrived at this location, I was treated like DIRT, Victotia the manager was yelling at another customer as I entered the store. Everything was going smoothly when I was given the key to my Van and I went to leave found out she gave me the wrong key, when I went back she ridiculed me in front of her staff and told her coworker to go get the Van, well 5 minutes late he came back and sure enough it was the wrong key. When I went back into the store Victoria threatened to cancel my reservation cause I was laughing at her Mistake. She also said truck had 3/4 tank when I jumped in Truck it had less than 1/2 tank as I took picture and sent to Ron in the customer service Ron_Schmidtke@uhaul.com. He told me He was sorry and this wasnt the usual for Uhaul. When I returned the Van Victoria was there again and she told me that she would do anything in her power to block me from any upcoming rentals.
