Had a hard time getting the truck was on the phone for almost an hour. Last time I rented a u haul I went in and paid with cash and I reserved it on line this time was a nightmare. I didn't take pictures until I got to the location I was moving out of cause it was poring rain outside. I put 30 of gas in the truck cause there was like none when I received it. I didn't take pictures until until after I put the gas in so I was charged 9.60 for gas. Then I was supposed to pay 148 and something for the truck and I paid 154 something. So no one could tell me why. So not happy

There is no sign for U-Haul indicating that this is the proper drop off location. There is no address listed. It was listed as a Foodmart when in reality it’s a gas station/Food Mart. One of the attendance was rude and screaming at us to move the truck when we were confused as to what we were supposed to do.

Matthew JPerson at the counter had no idea what they were doing. Just told me it wasn't their key. They didn't really speak english. Did not get any receipt as they did not know what was going on.
