Jerry F.Terrible experience with UHaul. Reserved truck and auto transport. Day before UHaul called and said they didn't have an auto transport in that pick up location and I'd have to drive 20miles in the opposite direction to get the trailer after getting the truck . Then day of UHaul called and said that the combo I was able to order online doesn't work and I'd have to upgrade to the bigger truck which is at the same location as the trailer (25mins of driving) we get the truck and trailer. Truck is dirty. Trailer is missing safety chains. Waited over an hour for the guy to try and find another chain. Never did drove 5hrs with no safety chains. Gas gauge in truck sticks and reads at an incorrect level. Customer service sucks. I will never use UHaul again
