I was told to get gas and given a dollar amount credit. I found this absurd as I don't know the amount of gas needed. It ended up costing me $20 extra because I arrived to an emprlty truck. Ridiculous bad management, and it's not even a profit to uhaul. It's a terrible system. I also was told, after my credit and driving only 30 miles, that I had to pay $109. I asserted there was no way it was that much, and after many minutes of fiddling, they came back with a $36 dollar number. A naive customer would have been robbed by the business. Uhaul continues to decline, especially with these 3rd party places. I will definitely be researching other options in the future.

Robert SThe customer service was non existent. I ordered blankets and never received them. I also ordered a furniture dolly and never received that. When I said something about it, all they could tell me was, “ oh we will let ‘them’ know.” I will never use this nasty little smoke shop (which I had no clue it was even a smoke shop/liquor store until I pulled up) for a U-Haul again.
