Best U-Haul experience I have had. Staff were pleasant and helpful
Christine H.I found it odd that the Online Check-in metrics were in kilometers but the in person check in and the receipt were in miles. A warning about that would be nice. The attendant at the location was very friendly and helpful but he had multiple customers for other services and products my pick up process was interrupted for some of them. Thus, the wait for pick up was a bit longer than I anticipated. A general notification to allow more time for pick up might be good.

Ryan T.Inside van was dirty. Steering wheel had to be on a 45 degree angle to drive straight. Acceleration was poor. Once up to speed, it was ok, but getting there was rough. Gas level on guage was different than on the contract (significantly so), but by the time I looked, it was too late. No one came out to vehicle with me. I get that this was last minute, but wasn't good.
