First U-Haul.com let me schedule a truck that did not exist, they called and said we'll give you a larger truck for the same price, I said fine, then I found out the day before I was to pick up that the location was on open, so U-Haul said I could have it for 2 days for the process of one, came to pick up the truck and all of that was a lie, I paid full price for the larger truck and did not get any extra time. I will defiantly think twice before using U-Haul again, however the location was fine and they worked with me as best as they could, it is corporate and how none of the promises they made to me were fulfilled that has turned me off.

The location was good, the equipment was probably good, getting into a 24/7 truck was on the verge of practically impossible. Took over an hour of hassle to find out they didn't have the code for the unlock box. Had to drive 20 miles to another location to pick up a truck.

It would have been nice if there was more than a quarter tank in the vehicle when we rented it. As it just created one more stop for fuel. Not the end of the world and I don't believe it affected the service itself that we received from that location. Everybody was nice and helpful

Speed up the check out process. U-Haul people need to better communicate the process to customers and check them out faster particularly, if information required was already loaded into the system by the customer.

The person who helped me make this transaction was professional and efficient. I understood my responsibilities in renting the van and a price was quoted immediately. The Van was ideal for the furniture I had to move - in fact, I was surprised by the amount of furniture we were able to fit in the van. My only problem was that I had difficulty filling the gas tank to full - the pump kept cutting out.
