My primary pick up location was cancelled and moved 35 minutes further away less than 24 hours before my pickup time. When i arrived to get my truck, they didn't have a truck for me and after a 20 minute wait I was told I had to drive to another location a further 10 minutes away to get a truck. Once there the process took over 25 minutes. Then after returning the vehicle I ger charged an extra fee for driving extra KM which was caused by the change of location of my pick up spot.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTo far from my requested location of pick up. Though staff was friendly.
Rosalie MI received the truck on a half empty gas tank and was told I had to fill it all the way up when I got back. The column shifter on the steering wheel felt like it was about to break every time I switched from park, neutral, reverse. Customer service wasn't any good. Got charged a whole extra day for being 25 min late.

Michael FThis wasn't my drop off location. When I picked the truck up, the person didn't seem to know the details of my reservation. He was challenging to communicate with. I received a phone call later asking about why I had returned the truck to Owen Sound with so many miles driven on it. But I actually returned the truck to Hamilton, with the predicted amount of miles driven.
