I'm not sure if I did not read the information well enough when i made the initial reservation online but i did not realise how much they were charging per KM. what i was charged after returning the rental was higher than the price specified when i made the reservation.

Thomas V.I had to clean the trailer before and after the delivery. I cleaned the inside of the trailer before leaving the trailer. This location is scammers. I use uhaul on a different account almost weekly with Avery Mayhew and we have never experienced such a scammer. The trailer was not clean when I got it, and I cleaned it and got a cleaning fee. Please address this so I don't need to find another service provider.
Jacob V.All is pretty good there, it's just that I had forgotten to secure my trailer hitch in my truck receiver and for sure I assumed I would have been able to purchase one there, but they didn't have any. So I had to go to a hardware store nearby to get one. Again, this was not Merivale's fault, but would have been nice if they had a few on the wall. But overall, they are great people to deal with.
