The lady at desk ranting about other customers and how she just put them on the NO RENT LIST was not professional at all. She was very rude after I told her I was making dump runs she said I’d have to pay a cleaning fee I agreed and used vehicle. I recently rented from another location that said I couldn’t rent due to unpaid bill. I was charged the fee the very next week so to have issues renting from U-Haul was kinda irritating to say the least. Not happy at all with the location although U-Haul is very convenient that place had me looking at Penske or another moving company.

Joseph FMy brother-in-law dropped both the truck and trailer off at the facility and each one was handled well.
