Have someone who is well trained with the UHaul computer system. Also have all items available to complete the reservation. Was thoroughly disappointed using this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure tires are in good shape to prevent blow outs
Guadalupe TI dropped the trailer off Saturday 8-15 evening around 6:10 PM. Just got an email showing I dropped it off at 9:15 AM today Monday 8-17. The guy never even came outside he just told me to unhook the trailer and that was all I needed to do. I guess he just pencil whipped the paperwork and made sure it shows it was returned less than the 48 hour window.
