Was given no drop off paperwork to leave in box if no one was there to check us in. Girl was sick rubbing nose, coughing etc. and asked me to come type my 3 phone numbers on her keyboard instead of doing it her self. Then offered no sanitizer or anything after I had to touch the keyboard. Good thing I carry my own. I asked if the insurance I paid for covered my car and she said no. I said well I thought it did when I got it. She just said I don't know. Gave no cares at all it seemed. TD was behind a RV and my husband and I had to drag it out he has a bad back and driving after really caused issues. Very unprofessional experience. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE. Should have asked reservation to be moved to a place we could just drive up to equipment and not double stack and no offer of help.
Theresa TThe lady charged me for mileage that I was told I would have free Because I had to travel to pick up the truck When I asked her about it she pretended as if she didn't understand English very well.
David GEverything was just perfect.
Walner SThe girl didn’t check my vehicle, the trailer, or know anything about U-haul. I had to drive to an auto parts store to get a brake light adapter.
