I received a text the day telling me my truck pickup location and that the truck and appliance dolly was there. When I arrived, there was no dolly and no employees of uhaul to help me. The lady in the office told me I could pick it up anytime, when I asked for 1pm. I got there and she went to lunch and left a sign 1 to 2 lunch. I left there to look for a dolly at another location it was 2:15 she still wasn't there.

How U-Haul Reviews Workhorrible experience. Very sketchy place. no one there to willing able help me hook up or check lights and brakes. no one to help me put trailer on vehicle, i actually hurt myself trying by myself and they finally helped me. just 2 ladies and about 8 kids in some sketchy office running on a generator. i left there and went to the big uhaul place on blandonmg and the 2 biys there helped me chdeck it all out and make sure it was road worthy. the boys were great to deal with
todd hThe business hours state they would be open at 9am. The owner called me after I left a voicemail at 9:20 stating "she received no notification that there was someone that had rented a truck. She would be there shortly, she lives right down the road she just has to get her kids up". We did not leave the location until after 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Standing out in the heat was not enjoyable and quite unacceptable. I would not rent from this location ever again.
Ryan PVirtual return with app and did not deal with any personnel.
