Marc SThe lady at this location was so very helpful. So grateful for her kindness and professionalism. On the mobile app, my trailer rental was showing for return, but my truck rental was not showing for return. So I was on the phone in my car with customer service and she walked out and told me she could help us out and that she was familiar with that truck number. It was on file on her end. She saved us so much time and effort. Really appreciate her coming out to let us know she could help. Truck return was quick, welcoming and professional. this will be our go to place in Oakland TN if we ever need another rental. We will definitely recommend this place to others.
