JOSEPH Mthe electronic process to pick up a vehicle was cumbersome. If uhaul needs driver's license and information, it should be done in advqance and then the only thing the client has to do is pick up the vehicle. it took m 30 min because process did not work correctly and i had to call for help.
Lyle HYou still charged me for an extra day and 2 gallons of fuel.
Timothy FThe visor was broken and the check engine light was on.
