The person at the counter was very helpful and courteous. Made is smooth to pick up and drop off truck.
Michael TI reserved a uhaul truck 2 days earlier but when I arrived the reservation was canceled by operator and he told me the truck is not reserved in his application. Also I request flat trolly and covering pad but they don't have them.
