Christine was amazing, very kind and super helpful. We badly needed a truck at this location for our moving day and she made sure that we would have one well in advance, we only needed a 15 foot but we got a 20 foot instead, was only charged for the 15 foot rate anyway. We needed to move on Monday, normally this location isn't open on Mondays or Tuesdays. On top of that, it was Memorial Day. Christine was kind enough to make an exception for us and meet us at the store that morning to check out the truck and get the keys. Then when we checked the truck back in later that evening and texted her, she took care of checking it all in online for us to make sure everything was good in Uhaul's system, since the self-check-in app doesn't work on our old phones. Really wonderful person and one of the best Uhaul-contracted businesses we've ever worked with. They also have great storage available here if you need it.
