JANE E P.I dented the van while renting (and I had purchased insurance coverage)...when I brought the van back to return and I told Eric, he cussed, rolled his eyes at me, lit a cigarette, "passive aggressively" blew smoke into my face as we walked out to look at the damage, and tried to make me feel terrible!!! That I ruined his already crappy Saturday, and he already had too many other troubles to take care of!!! Then he "tried" to tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover the dent, that only a traffic collision complete with a police report would be covered, so he continued to try and intimidate me. I've never been treated with such unprofessional behavior!!!
