Confusing to get the truck into. Not knowledgeable on returning clean and bla kets folded to get the 25 back as advertised in the trucks. Nice workers though very kind.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was the worst experience I ever had. $19.95 a day they say well I had it for 18 hours and it cost me $146 it's outrageous I even feel robbed I'll never step foot inside that store again
John MI was charged for a furniture moving cart and there wasn't one on the truck.
Nicole KThe tail lights did not work. I was pulled over by the police and informed of this late at night. We were allowed to continue using hazards lights.
