The people were friendly and doing their best, but there was some difficulty getting the online check-in system to work. They had to photograph my ID four times before it "took". Also, we rented 6 moving blankets, but they were initially not provided; we almost drove off without them but remembered in time and asked for them. They quickly provided the blankets, but the thing is, we shouldn't have needed to ask, the blanket rental was on the reservation, they should have provided what we rented without needing to be reminded.

Truck was filthy, I had to sweep it out. Found three credit cards and a check book that belonged to a gentlemen in VA, and we got the truck in Ohio. And check engine light was on. When asked the manager at the place he said it would be fine.
