Everything else was fine, but the fuel level on the contract did not match the actual gauge in the van. I drove only 34 km but had to add 17 litres of fuel, filling a second time. The staff member was Asian, and his English was not understandable, so he did not understand my concern. He did not even check my photos. Other than that, pickup and return were smooth.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFriendly, informative, and helpful. Forgot something in the van and they held onto it for me until the next day when I was able to come by and pick it up.
Allen MNothing everything is good.
GEORGUS GVery clean and well maintained vehicle and furniture trolley.
Amrit SSpent less time using the Van and put gas, but I think I got charged more than expected. Not much communication from the front desk.
