Hi there! I had a great experience with my UHaul rental and the Pennmart location. One-thing I would recommend (and I mentioned it at the store) is that the contract be readable. The fonts are too small. Customers should be able to read what they are signing. The store attendant was so gracious to read it for me from her computer and then I was happy to sign.
