How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location is hidden away. The vehicle was very dirty. Cupholders was tacky with liquid in it. The back of the truck was smeered with oil on the floor. We had to walk fighting to stay on our feet. It was dangerous
BRIAN LTruck was handy, but had a weird smell and unclean interior. Steering wheel and controls were sticky and had something spilled on them previously. Otherwise a fine experience.
Ethan RIt was hard for me to identify the location first. I was expecting some sort of board with Uhaul pickup location. But i didn’t find it. Rest of the experience is good
Chandran TWe were delayed because an employee didn't know the code and it was not sent to us at all.
