Convenient location. The key boxes were easy to locate and worked like they should. The vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. Otherwise it's a parking lot.

Edward S.The LOCATION was great. The inside of the truck was dirty (both the cab and the back part). My experience with Uhaul in all was trash this time though. The truck wasn't at the first location, I waited on hold for 45 minutes for someone to help me, then had to jump through hoops. By the time I got a truck (I had it reserved for 9:30am, didnt get the truck til after NOON), I had no help to load my things anymore. It was a full hassle. Next time, I will pay more for "the other guy" so I can get proper information without having to go through drama or not be treated like a human.
