This was the most frustrating experience of my life. The app for 1 kept crashing I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8am. It took my almost 2 hours to get the freaking key, and sfter I had to call customer service. Then when I dropped the truck off at 3 pm again there were no workers at the location, it was closed all day even though the hours were supposed to be 10-4. I couldn't get the help I needed. Had to call customer service again because the app crashed AGAIN took another hour just to drop the truck off. I'll never use this location, possibly never u haul again......
