Michael N.Again, the location itself was fine. HOWEVER a big problem came up with trying to actually drop off the trailer. I, once booked this location as my drop off. When I arrived the owner of the store had no idea that I was scheduled to drop off. It turns out that U-Haul had changed my drop off to a location in Albany, NY. I then called U-Haul and went through two representatives before finally being "OK'd" to drop off the trailer. Ridiculous!! This should have been a no-brainer. Instead, it took a solid thirty minutes of phone calls, and email searches, before finally getting the OK from U-Haul to drop off a piece of equipment which I had taken care of days before. Why the drop off I originally listed was removed by U-Haul is a mystery. Really a big time waster and not something I'm looking forward to doing again.
JAMESW G.Rental process was easy and quick, equipment functioned great and truck was nice and clean. Customer service at the Nassau location was very poor and he argued with me about the price of the damage coverage stating it was more than what was advertised when requesting the rental. Although the location of this Uhaul rental was perfect, I will never refer anyone here nor will I be using this location in the future.
