Only issue I had, was credit card machine or whatever wasn't working, tried 3 cards none of them went through. Had to run to an ATM machine and get cash and because I returned it when business was closed we had to go back this morning to pay for additional mileage. Kind of an inconvenience, but other then equipment and blankets were spotless and very good service.

When I picked up the Uhaul truck we had to jump it with my jumper cables and car because the truck battery was dead. It died again in Albany, and I had to get someone to come jumpstart the truck again before I could take it back. Uhaul estimated it would be between 60 and 90 minutes before the repair person would arrive, but it only took about 20-30 minutes. The location is fine and I didn't have a problem the previous week when I got a truck there.

this location offered good service - the support team offered excellent service - however the original location created a HUGE extra expense from my pocket as Richard Lanphear did not leave the key to truck I originally rented via the internet, in the box nor any other box (we opened ALL of them) - the only box with keys pertained to the truck already rented by another party. THAT was a big disapointment - but as I stated, UHAUL support lady was a solution person - a 10+ .. please thank her on our behalf, she is an asset to UHAUL company.... M. The truck I booked was not there for me, and I had to take a much smaller truck which resulted in me having to make three trips instead of one. More time taken more gas used and more mileage charged. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
