Same as before the app is terrible when we dropped off the truck the same thing happened. It took for ever to upload the photos l. Both places I have 5g service.

ELIZABETH BSpoke too multiple reps about the transaction prior to retrieving vehicle and returning but yet after the fact was threatened with having charges pressed about not returning a vehicle or it couldn’t be found either saying it was deemed “lost” the vehicle was exactly where we dropped it off and said we would drop it off. Was even on camera footage a now I’m being charged for dropping the vehicle off in the wrong area?
