I’ve rented from here 3 times now and every time I’ve dealt with someone different and all three of them are extremely nice and helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me out. This last time the truck (which was the only one on the lot my size) was damaged and all I had to do was tell him and he took care of everything. Quick and painless 20 mins later I was in a new truck and on my way. He found me the exact truck I needed right down the road! (All while waiting on customers and taking deliveries)

Abigail PKey not in box when I went to pick up. Waited 30 minutes for them to open at 7 but they didn’t open til 7:15. Truck seat ripped. Wet moving pads left in truck. Passenger door barely closed. Parking break release loose and not attached but worked…/
MATTHEW CIt’s misleading to advertise ONLY $19 when at the end, it came out to almost $150 for 4 hours rental after all the ridiculous fees tagged on. Probably would be way cheaper if I rented a van from a car rental.
Anna CThe lady was very helpful. She solved my problem and was kind.
