The online reservation actually charged me extra for coverage I did not want. I thought I had chosen no coverage but it automatically puts coverage on and you have to choose to opt out. It should be the other way around.

The truck broke down when I stopped to get gas I lost several hours with this problem when I called u haul road service and requested a battery they text me back and said yes the service man will bring one. a hour or so later he arrived and NO battery so now I have to wait for him to go get one!!! I'm recommending all my friends and family never use u-haul !!!!!!
