They charged me $15 dollars to returned. I turned it in one day earlier, it's not in the contract to charge at return location.

Very good experience, first time renting from U-Haul, folks very helpful, had a reservation and equipment was ready to go when I arrived, just had to do the paperwork, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Will use them again as need arises.
steven B.To make sure HAND TRUCKS and moving mats are accessible. Mostly the HAND TRUCKS! Could improve Rear bumper by installing a type of rubber on the corners, to prevent the customer from getting cut . The corners are very sharp, sliced my leg wide open.
