Justin HLiked the remote pick up however when I didn’t pick up at the original time I wasn’t notified about anything. I had to change my reservation to a later pick up but had to figure that out on my own. Then was on hold for a while to get the key because the site said it required additional information. After all that debacle it was good until after I turned the truck back in. I picked it up after 1200 noon. So I should have had until 1200 noon to return it. I don’t know what additional charges I incurred and have no way to find that out that I have been able to get to. I returned it with EXACTLY the same amount of fuel that I picked it up with. I would like to know what additional charges were incurred and why please?
