It was the worst truck I have ever rented from uhaul (I rent about twice a month every month sometimes more). The truck had a leak in the exhaust so it was loud and which in turn consumed more gas, which means I spent more than usual. There were other trucks at the location but somehow this was the one allocated to me. The location was closed due to unexpected reasons which I understand was due to a family obligation (totally understand that, unexpected things happen). Since the location was closed I didn't get a chance to exchange the truck to a different one. However when I called uhaul to complain about the truck, the lady I spoke to, responded as if I was wrong to be complaining. Not helpful at all, in fact borderline rude.
